How to ship?

1). This Hard Shell Roof Top Tent has gross weight about 75kgs. Measurement weight from120kgs.

2). It is recommended to ship by sea. If you don't want to wait long time, we can ship by air or express.

What is your terms of payment?

T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. 

We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

How about your delivery time?

Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Can you produce according to the samples?

Yes, we have our own engineer team. It is ok to produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

What is your sample policy?

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in tock, sample and the courier cost can be paid by Westen Union, Band Transfer or Paypal (if you agree with paypal fees).
